Story

1958 theater opening
1958

The old theater opened, becoming a key local venue for film and traditional opera.

1987 theater closure
1987

It closed as the industry changed, and the building sat idle, slowly forgotten.

2015 renovation begins

A team took it over and began a long project of structural and acoustic renovation.

2018 studio completed
2018

The control room and live room were completed; the first albums were recorded here.

2021 opened to the public
2021

The space opened for venue rental and live shows, blending recording and performance.

Recognized with awards for heritage preservation and adaptive reuse.

Founder / Recording Engineer

Over twenty years in recording engineering, with work spanning indie bands, pop albums, and film scores.

In 2015 they took over this derelict old theater and, driven to preserve its architectural memory, began a three-year acoustic renovation.

Committed to keeping the original texture of the space, they built a recording environment that balances sound quality and live feel—so every session converses with the building's history.
